For over 40 years, the NN Marathon Rotterdam has been the most beautiful of the Netherlands. Tens of thousands of runners come from all over the world to experience the unique atmosphere in Rotterdam. Starting on the iconic Erasmus Bridge, cheered on by thousands of enthusiastic supporters along the route and finishing on the Coolsingel.
Give your run extra meaning and get sponsored for The Dutch Cancer Society. In previous editions, almost 3 million euros were raised for groundbreaking cancer research, The Daniel den Hoed Family home and the Daniel den Hoed bridge. Will you also help this year? Run against Cancer
Your race makes a difference
Cancer affects us all. One in three people in Holland will develop cancer during their lifetime. Thanks to scientific research more and more people survive the disease. However, 45.000 people still die from the effects of the disease each year. With your participation in the NN Marathon Rotterdam you can make a difference for everyone affected by cancer.
Free entry ticket
If you register for the NN Marathon Rotterdam via KWF and raise a minimum amount of 500 euro in sponsor money before January 12th, you will be rewarded with a free entry ticket. You will also receive the unique Run against cancer – shirt. With your own Run against cancer fundraising page it will be quite easy to raise funds!
Unfortunately it is no longer possible te register via KWF for a free entry ticket for the marathon distance.
Fundraising only
If you do not want to raise a minimum amount, you can still make an impact on cancer research. Register via the NN Marathon Rotterdam and create your own fundraiser page via rentegenkanker.nl. There is no minimum amount of sponsor money needed. But if you do reach the amount of 500 euro you will receive the unique Run against cancer – shirt. Of course KWF will help you with raising money by providing tips, tricks and examples of other successful fundraisers.
